MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR PRIVATE SECTOR REPRESENTATIVE:

1. Must be a Filipino citizen;
2. At least thirty (30) years of age on the date of his appointment;
3. A resident of Negros Occidental for at least two (2) years prior to his/her appointment as such;  
4. Morally upright and has no record of criminal, civil or administrative conviction;
   The Private Sector Representative nominee shall not in any way be connected with the NONESCOST in any manner, for two years prior to his/her nomination for the PSR position;
5. Not in any way be presently employed or appointed to any position with any government (local, national, and in government owned and controlled corporations) agency or entity, in manner, be it full time or part time, at the time of his or her nomination for the position;
6. Should be from industry, business or professions in line with the mandate of NONESCOST. e.g. Fisheries, Agriculture, Health and other Allied Fields, Info Tech, Business Management, Education and Science;
7. Should have a distinguished record of employment, business, expertise and connection with the private sector. If the nominee previously worked in any capacity with the government, the proportion of the time should not exceed one fourth of the entire time the nominee served in the private sector.

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

2. Detailed Curriculum Vitae to include the following using the prescribed form (can be requested from the Office of the Board Secretary):
   1. Personal Details
   2. Educational Background
   3. Training and Experience
   4. Awards of distinction received 
   5. Membership in civic, social, religious, professional or honor societies 
   6. Expert services as owner, consultant, lecturer, resource/guest speaker, etc.
   7. Scholarship/fellowship (degree or non-degree), if any 
   8. Professional Examination/s Passed 
   9. Personal vision and mission statement for the institution
   10. 2”x2” ID picture (colored)
3. Fitness to work certification duly prepared/issued by a licensed physician.
4. Documents in support of the information stated in the curriculum vitae:
   1. Endorsement letter from industry, business and professional sectors represented by their organizations including socio-civic groups;
      
   2. NBI/RTC/ MTC Clearance(any of these)
   3. Employment/service records or SEC/DTI registration of company/ies owned by nominee, etc;
   4. If the candidate was nominated: Duly accomplished and notarized nomination form. Nominees should indicate their acceptance of the nomination by signing their conforme on the designated portion of the notarized nomination form (The nomination form may be obtained from the official College website www.nonescost.edu.ph or Office of the Board Secretary);
   5. Omnibus sworn statement that shall include the following:
      • Commitment and availability of the nominee to serve as PSR;
      • Non-connection, in any manner, with NONESCOST for two(2) years immediately prior to his or her nomination; and
      • No current employment appointment with any government entity at the time of his or her nomination.

IMPORTANT: Interested applicants must submit one (1) set of original copy and three (3) sets of certified photocopies of the aforementioned documents on or before 5:00PM of November 30, 2020 to:
