During the trip, the team was able to visit each university’s facilities and laboratories and learn about their systems for quality assurance and initiatives for internationalization. The team was also able to visit the Confucius Institute situated in Bulacan State University, Holy Angel University’s museum on Kapampangan Culture and student-run restaurant Cafe Juan, Central Luzon State University’s Small Ruminant Center, Ramon Magsaysay-Center for Agricultural Resources and Environmental Studies (RM-CARES) and the Precision and Digital Agriculture Center.

Through this activity, NONESCOST hopes to assimilate the values and practices that have enabled these institutions to uphold a brand of quality education and become centers for excellence in their respective fields, and use these tools in its own journey towards universityhood.
