Information and communications technology has a vital role in nation-building. Personal information in information and communications systems in the College must be secured and protected.
Northern Negros State College of Science and Technology (NONESCOST) respects and values data privacy rights, and makes sure that all personal data collected from students, their parents or guardians, employees and other third parties are processed in adherence to the general principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality as stated in the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173).
