(Virtual Graduation)

The NORTHERN NEGROS STATE COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (NONESCOST) is committed to protect and respect your personal data privacy. All personal data collected are processed in adherence to the general principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality as stated in the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Collection and Use

The Committee for Virtual Graduation collects the following Personal Data in order to produce the Virtual Graduation Ceremony Video:

- Name
- Your Photograph
- Details of your education

The Personal Data that the Committee collects will be shared/shown publicly in different platforms (Youtube and Facebook) for the purpose of Virtual Graduation Ceremony.

If you want to revoke your consent for this specific purpose and do not want to be included in the Virtual Graduation Ceremony or you have specific questions regarding the collection and use of your Personal Data, please contact the DPO at dpo@nonescost.edu.ph.

Data Retention

Records will be disposed of based on the records disposition schedule of the College in accordance with the National Archives of the Philippines Act of 2007 (RA 9470) - General Records Disposition Schedule.

Access and Correction

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, as well as to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. To do so, please look for the Data Protection Officer at NONESCOST or email at dpo@nonescost.edu.ph.
